Registration procedure:
Accepted paper must be associated with Regular Registration in order to be included in the Conference Proceedings and IEEE Explore Listing. Regular Registration of the same author can cover only one accepted paper.
If you have two accepted papers, the registration fee will be: Original registration fee ×2 - ($100 or ￥650)
Eg: If you are an IEEE member and register before Oct.30th with two accepted papers
Your registration fee will be: $510×2 - $100 = $920 or ￥3,300×2 - ￥650 = ￥5,950
Regular Registration includes attending all technical sessions, conference reception, conference banquet, one set of USB Key. The Student Registration enjoys all benefits as Regular Registration except the conference banquet.
You must complete Author registration (Author Registration Form)which renamed to ([paper number]-[author name]) to the asid_ieee@xmu.edu.cn by email NO LATER THAN September 20th, 2024.
After registration, the author should deposit the registration fee into the bank account designated in the registration form. Each paper should pay their own registration fee. Payment evidence send via email or fax to confirm the registration will help to speed up the procedure.
