Author Final Paper Preparation and Submission Instructions
Congratulations on having your paper accepted for publication in the proceedings of the
2024 International Conference on Anti-Counterfeiting, Security and Identification
(ASID’2024)
to be held
Nov1- 3, 2024in Xiamen
The following information is provided to help you in the preparation and submission of your final paper as it will be published in the proceedings. Please follow all STEPs to insure the submission process is completed successfully.
Step1．Amend your paper according to the Reviewers' comments(If have).
Step2．Fill the registration form and return to us before September 20th, 2024.
Visit the website http://asid.xmu.edu.cn/17189/list.htm and download the 2024ASID Registration Form. Fill that form and mail to asid_ieee@xmu.edu.cn .(At least one of authors should attend the conference! )
Notice: If you need Invoice, please tell us the unit name and do as follows
Scan your payment receipt and rename it to "[paper number]-[author name].pdf"
Mail it to asid_ieee@xmu.edu.cn or we can’t send the invoice to you!
When you send your registration fee, please be sure to add “ASID-[paper number]-[author name]” in attached information!
Step3．Send your final camera-ready paper in the form of IEEE PDF to asid_ieee@xmu.edu.cn before September 20th, 2024.
A．Standard IEEE conference templates for Microsoft Word is MSW_A4_format. -> Download Sample Template to modify your paper format to standard style.
B．Please change your latest word paper to PDF format and rename your paper PDF file to "[paperID]-[author name].pdf" (for example: "157****-Huang.pdf") for Submission.
STEP 4: Submitting a Copyright Receipt Form before September 20th, 2024.
Log in EDAS system and find the ”Copyright form” in your paper’s system, click the”+" and then fill in the IEEE Copyright form online.
IEEE will email A copy the IEEE Electronic Publication Agreement to you, download this agreement and Rename it to "[paperID]-[author name]-CopyrightReceipt.pdf"；
Email it to asid_ieee@xmu.edu.cn before September 20th, 2024.
